Single-wallet burst windows

Every ten-minute window of last-call timestamps holding at least 50 endpoints, with its four measurements and whether it passes the rule. Everything here can be recomputed from one unauthenticated pull of the Coinbase catalogue.

48 candidate windows at the snapshot of ; 30 pass, covering 3,941 endpoints, 24.4% of the index. The candidate set moves with the trailing 30-day span: a window enters when its last-call timestamps are inside the span and leaves when they roll out, so the count differs between snapshots under the same rule. The last-call timestamps and call counts behind these windows are the same per-endpoint counters that any aggregate figure for this ecosystem is summed from (counter discrepancy). A total built from them carries these windows inside it, whatever their cause.

A passing window can contain mixed call patterns, and the rule does not claim otherwise: it tests the wallet share, the single-payer share and the median, not the shape of every endpoint in the window. 7 of the 30 passing windows hold at least one endpoint above ten times the window's median; the widest is 2026-09-15 09:50 UTC, median 1, 14 endpoints above it and one at 1,223 calls. Each window's calls histogram is printed below.
